Western Caucus, or Camp Wannabefree, has been held every summer since 1988. It is a gathering of Young Liberals from across the Western provinces, from Manitoba to BC. Held at a in a different province each year, it features speakers, workshops on policy and organisation, and Liberal hospitality.

This year the Alberta Young Liberals will be hosting Wannabefree in Calgary during the Calgary Stampede. We will be staying at the University of Calgary and will be taking in Stampede festivities all weekend, including the famous Liberal Stampede Breakfast.

It is going to be a great time, we are currently finalizing the schedule details. That information should be available soon.

The cost of the weekend is $120, and this includes food, beverages, and accommodation. Carpools will be organized.
